Tata Motors has sold over 2200 units of the Nexon EV within which the first 1000 units were being sold in August 2020 and the next 1200 units were being sold in astounding 3 months, dethroning it’s rival with an utter ease and paving it’s paving towards becoming the best selling EV in India. The strong sales figure of the Nexon has also reflected it’s Market share, the EV has managed to hold tremendous 74% of Market share.

Tata Motors has also announced the introduction of it’s holistic E-mobility ecosystem in India better to be called as ‘Tata Universe’ authorizes buyers to approach array of mobility offerings including innovative retail experiences, charging solutions and easy financing options. If the reports are to be believed, the ‘Tata Universe’ has played a vital role in elevating the sales of the EV.
Tata Nexon EV is powered by an electric combined Motors with 20.2 kWh lithium-ion battery generating 129 ps of power and 245 nm of torque along with two driving modes on offer, Drive and Sport. Tata Motors also claims the 0-100 sprint of the nexon to be done under 10 seconds along with 300 km of running on a single charge.
